We had an awesome day in 1st grade! We did so many things and kept super busy!
We practiced reading to ourselves...
We practiced reading to someone...
We did Math Minutes with math manipulatives...
We read How Full is Your Bucket? and talked about how we can fill each other's buckets with nice words, kind actions, by being helpful, and by being a good friend. We each drew two ways that we could fill someone's bucket. Some of them included things they could do for their parents, so you'll have to check with them on that! :)
Another great day in the books!
